Terms & Conditions for Colourful Wine
Effective Date: 1st October 2025
By making a booking with Colourful Wine (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made via our website or approved booking method.
- Payment requirements:
- Workshops: Full payment required at booking (non-refundable).
- Sip & Paint Sessions: Full payment required at booking. Cancellations more than 7 days before session receive a full refund; within 2 days are non-refundable.
- Private Events: $100 non-refundable deposit required at booking. Final balance is payable on the day of the event.
- Bookings are only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
- Prices are subject to change; the rate at booking time is the rate that applies.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Workshops: All workshop bookings are final and non-refundable. Cannot be cancelled or transferred.
- Sip & Paint Sessions: Refunds allowed if cancelled more than 7 days before session. Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable.
- Private Events: Deposits are non-refundable. Event cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to additional terms agreed at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or reschedule option.
- Attendance and Behaviour
- Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may forfeit part or all of the session.
- Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Respectful behaviour is required. We reserve the right to remove clients for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
- Liability
- Activities involve inherent risks. By attending, clients acknowledge responsibility for their own safety.
- We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.
- We are not responsible for any items left on premises.
- Photography and Social Media
- We may take photos/videos during events for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you consent to images of you being used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Privacy
- Personal information collected is used only for booking and communication purposes.
- We will not share your details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version on our website applies at the time of booking.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing T&C periodically.
