For this special Father’s Day event, you can choose from three different wooden board shapes and sizes, from our classic 42cm cheeseboard through to an impressive 57cm large serving board.

And because it’s Father’s Day, every dad attending the workshop receives a complimentary hot or cold non-alcoholic beverage of his choice.

No previous resin or art experience is required. We’ll guide you through the process step by step, making this a relaxed and enjoyable creative experience for complete beginners.

42cm Cheeseboard — $69

Our classic wooden cheeseboard is a versatile size for entertaining and serving cheese, antipasto and snacks.

You’ll add your own resin design to part of the natural timber surface, creating a beautiful combination of wood, colour and resin.

40cm Round Serving Board — $79

Choose something a little different with our 40cm round serving board.

The generous circular shape gives you plenty of room to experiment with resin and colour while retaining the beautiful natural character of the timber.

57cm Large Serving Board — $109

Want to create something extra special?

Our premium 57cm large serving board is an impressive statement piece. Its generous size provides a larger creative area and makes a beautiful finished board for entertaining at home.

Each participant creates one board in their selected style.

Create Something Completely Your Own

One of the best things about resin art is that no two pieces ever turn out exactly the same.

You’ll choose your colours and learn how to combine them with resin to create movement and beautiful patterns across part of your wooden board.

We’ll guide you through the process while still giving you plenty of freedom to experiment and make your design your own.

You don’t have to create an ocean design either. Your colours and finished look are up to you.

Whether you prefer sophisticated neutrals, deep dramatic shades, coastal colours or something bright and bold, you’ll leave having created a piece that’s uniquely yours.

What Should I Wear?

Resin art can get messy, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little creative in.

Aprons are provided during the workshop, and long hair should be tied back while working with resin.

When Can I Take My Board Home?

Resin requires time to cure properly, so your finished serving board cannot be taken home immediately after the workshop.

We’ll keep your creation safely at Colourful Wine while the resin cures.

Once your piece is ready, it can be collected from Colourful Wine from Tuesday onward.

Food & Drinks

Colourful Wine is an art café and fully licensed bar, with food and beverages available to purchase during your visit.

For this special event, every dad attending the workshop receives one complimentary hot or cold non-alcoholic beverage of his choice.

As Colourful Wine is a fully licensed venue, BYO alcohol is not permitted.

Bookings are required so we can prepare your chosen board and materials before you arrive.

When booking, simply select your preferred board:

Each ticket is for one participant creating one board.

If two people would both like to create their own board, please purchase two tickets.

Board styles are subject to availability, so booking early is recommended if you have a particular shape in mind.
