Terms & Conditions

Domianta Pty Ltd trading as Colourful Wine ABN 73669902532 is the provider of all tickets and products sold via this website.

Please read the below Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to one of our classes/workshops. By purchasing a ticket from Colourful Wine, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Creative Experiences (Workshops & Sip & Paint Sessions)

  1. Bookings

    • Bookings are essential and subject to availability.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a reschedule.

    • No-shows are non-refundable.

    • You may transfer your ticket to a friend—just let us know their name prior to the session.

  3. Late Arrivals

    • Sessions start on time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may miss important instructions or be unable to participate.

  4. Minimum Numbers

    • We require a minimum number of participants to run an experience. If a session needs to be rescheduled, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative date or refund.

  5. Age Restrictions

    • Unless otherwise specified, all Creative Experiences are for guests 12+.

    • Some sessions may be family-friendly—please check the event description.

  6. Food & Drink

    • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

    • Drinks and treats are available for purchase from our café during your session.

  7. Photography

    • We may take photos during the experience for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

High Tea (including add-on with Experiences)

  1. Bookings & Payment

    • High Tea must be pre-booked and paid in full.

    • Walk-ins for High Tea are not available.

  2. Cancellations

    • As High Tea is prepared fresh to order, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must also be done with 48 hours' notice.

  3. Punctuality

    • High Tea is served at a set time. Please arrive on time so we can serve everything at its best.

Private Events

  1. Deposit & Payment

    • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your private event booking.

    • The remaining balance must be paid on the event date.

    • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  2. Cancellations & Changes

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will not incur additional charges, but the deposit is non-refundable.

    • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable in full.

    • Changes to date or guest numbers must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.

  3. Minimum Spend & Guest Numbers

    • Minimum spend or guest number requirements may apply depending on the type of event. These will be discussed during booking.

  4. Food & Drink

    • All catering and drinks must be ordered through Colourful Wine.

    • No outside food or beverages are permitted unless previously arranged (e.g., special occasion cakes).

  5. Setup & Pack Down

    • Access for event setup may be available prior to the event by arrangement.

    • Please ensure all personal belongings are taken with you at the end of the event.

  6. Damage & Behaviour

    • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

    • We reserve the right to end the event early in the case of disruptive behaviour.
