Our school holiday workshops for teens are designed for creative young people aged 13–17 who want to make art that’s fun, personal, and a little bit different. Each week features a new theme that encourages self-expression through colour, design, and modern art techniques.
This week, it’s all about shiny resin creations — bright, wearable, and totally customisable.

In this hands-on art workshop for teens, participants will explore the process of creating custom epoxy resin pieces — from mixing and colouring to pouring and decorating. Teens can design a matching set of resin accessories that reflect their personal style, choosing from a range of colour pigments, glitter, gold flakes, and dried flowers.
The main projects include:

A small resin trinket tray — ideal for rings, jewellery, or coins
Guided by Dominique, participants will learn safe resin handling, colour layering, and mould techniques. The workshop encourages creativity, patience, and artistic experimentation — ideal for teens who enjoy art, design, or hands-on crafts.

Every teen will complete one trinket tray and at least one keychain.
Because epoxy resin takes 24 hours to cure, pieces will remain at the café overnight to harden completely. Teens or parents can collect the finished artwork the following day during opening hours.
