Looking for a Paint Your Pet Workshop in Sydney that is a little different from a traditional canvas painting class? Join us at Colourful Wine Art Café & Bar in Tallawong for a personalised creative experience dedicated to your furry best friend.

Before the workshop, simply send us a clear photograph of the pet you would like to paint. We’ll prepare a custom outline from your photo before you arrive, giving you an easy guide to follow during the session.

You’ll then paint your pet onto a clear A4 acrylic panel, using your original photograph to capture their colours, markings and personality. At the end of the workshop, your finished portrait will be placed into an A4 frame, ready to take home and display.

Every pet has their own personality, from a familiar expression to unique colouring, fluffy ears, bright eyes or that unmistakable smile.

This workshop is designed to help you capture those little details without needing to draw your pet from scratch.

Your personalised template sits underneath the clear acrylic panel while you paint, allowing you to follow the important shapes and features of your pet. Your original colour photograph stays beside you as a reference while you gradually build your portrait with acrylic paint.

We’ll guide you through painting the eyes, face, markings, fur, highlights and finishing details.

How Does Paint Your Pet Work?

After booking, choose one clear photograph of one pet that you would like to paint.

Please send your photograph to us at least 5 days before the workshop. This gives us enough time to prepare your personalised outline before your session.

For the best result, choose a photo where your pet is clearly visible and their eyes, face and colouring can easily be seen. A front-facing or slightly angled photograph usually works beautifully.

When you arrive, your individual template will already be prepared for you, so you can spend your workshop time painting rather than drawing.
